Our God is an awesome God. He reigns from heaven above with wisdom, power and love. Our God is an awesome God. He forgives us our sins when we truely repent, He comforts us, He heals us, He saves us unto eternal life with Him.
He loves us so much that He sent His Son, Christ Jesus, to die for our sins. He has prepared a home for us where we will not shed another tear of sorrow. We will bask in His love, His pure light.
He only wants what's best for us. He does not make mistakes.

Praise God from Whom all blessings flow. He is so wonderful and good to us, even though we don't deserve His kindness. There is nothing that we can do that deserves His grace and mercy. We cannot repay Him for all that He has done for us - keeping us throughout the night, awakening us to brand new mornings, forgiving our sins when we come before Him with godly sorrow for what we have done, comforting us in our times of dispair, healing us from our illnesses, regenerating us to renewed life in Him, filling us with His Holy Spirit.
How can we repay Him for all of this and more?
We can dedicate our lives to Him, turning our will over to Him, then striving to do all that He wants us to do, forgetting our selfish desires and sinful ways.
We must study His word to find out what that good and reasonable service is that we can offer to Him. We must constantly be in prayer - for others as well as ourselves. And we must have faith that He will do all that His word says. God keeps His promises!
We must have a personal relationship with God -- a one-on-one. He can only be what we allow Him to be in our lives. He has given us free will to choose whom we will serve, so choose this day whom you will serve - God, the Father, or Satan, the deceiver!

I serve the risen, living Savior! Do you?
I serve the righteous worker of miracles, the Son of God! Do you?
I serve the King of all kings! Do you?
Who or what do you serve - money, self, your boy/girl friend, children, job, boss, your pastor?
Do you give glory and honor to things and/or people other than the Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ?
The wide road leading to hell is full of folks who, like some of you, worship idols.
Get spiritually wise, ask the Holy Spirit of God to help you get to know God and His desire for your life.
Repent, really repent, not jive repent, so that your soul can be saved from the torment of hell.
God is good and loving. He can and will forgive your sins if you ask Him with a sincere heart.
Now, that's good news!

What a mighty God we serve! Angels bow before Him, heaven and earth adore Him. He is so special and worthy of all the praise, honor and glory that we can bestow upon Him and then some.
Have you taken the time to give God any glory, honor or praise? Have you thought about the good things that He has done for you? Have you thought about the bad times that He has seen you through?
You're still alive, aren't you? Or are you spiritually dead and stinking?
Did you wake yourself up this morning? Did you put yourself to sleep? Did you prepare your breakfast from anything that you created? Did you create the vegetables and/or animals that make up food for your lunch and dinner?
Did you put the stars into place and tell them to twinkle at night? Did you tell the moon when to show up and the sun when to go down?
NO!!! So go ahead and give praise where it is due.
Praise the Lord! Bless His Holy Name! Hallelujah!

Praise God who is so good to us. He is wonderful and merciful and full of grace. What a mighty God we serve. He is so loving. Have you had the chance to really get to know Him?
If Jesus is your Lord and Savior, then, you know that He is always interceding for us, aaking the Father to overlook our iniquities and see us as He sees us - through eyes of LOVE.
Aren't you glad that God is so forgiving. Where would we be if God were like us - wanting to hold on to past hurts until the end of days. We like to remind others of their past like we don't have one.
If we are truely sisters and brothers in Christ, why do we hold on to what has happened in the past? We are to pray that whoever it is, or was, gets strenghtened in the Lord so that they don't continue to do hurtful acts to others or to themselves. We should also pray about the situation that might have caused us pain. Our past experiences shape our charater for better or worst. I pray that our experiences will make us better, more caring and compassionate for others, not hateful and vindictive. We should forgive others because God asks us to do it. He also tells us that He will not forgive us if we can't find it in our hearts to forgive others. Whose sins do you think need forgiveness - only yours and not the sins of others?
If we have love for one another we will be able to forgive each other and we should love our neighbor (fellow man/woman) as we love ourself.
Now, if you have a problem with loving yourself, think about this for a minute - God loves you in spite of yourself, in spite of what you've done in the past, in spite of what you're doing this very moment if you are committing a sinful act. He loved you before the beginning of your life! He sent Jesus here to earth to offer Himself up as a living sacrifice for your sins that separate you from having a relationship with the Father God. Would you die for your friend to allow him/her to have a right relationship with God? Well Jesus Christ did just that because of the love that God has for you! You are important to Him!!!

To God be given all glory and honor and praise! He is merciful (He forgives our sins even thought we are far from perfect), He is loving (He loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son to live amongst us to teach us how to live according to the His will and to die (pay the penalty) for our sins. ((John 3:16; Romans 5:6-8) What an awesome God we serve!!!
We, in our sinful nature, are enemies of God,(Romans 8:7) but Christ's death, burial and resurrection makes it possible for God to see us as His friends. Christ has redeemed us through the blood he shed for us on Calvary and has given us a right standing with God, the Father! (Ephesians 2:11-16) Isn't this good news?
We are no longer alienated from God, we are His chosen ones. We have the hope of eternal life with Christ, our spiritual brother (if we have, indeed, accepted Christ as our Savior and have given our lives to him). (John 1:12-13; Romans 8:15-17 )
Sing praises to the glorious, almighty God, our Father!!!

God is so worthy of all praise, honor and glory. Oh, magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together. Aren't you glad that we serve a living Savior! Hallelujah!!!
Pray for our missionaries, especially Brother Milton. He loves the Lord so very much and God is using him in a mighty way.
We pray that the Lord will prepare the way for his missionary journey and will prepare the hearts and minds of those whom he will be in contact. May he have the favor of the Lord as he reaches out to the lost, those in darkness, those in bondage. Father, allow Your Holy Spririt to fill him so that all that is seen or heard of him comes directly from You. Use him, Lord, to do Your will and accomplish Your purpose.
In the wonderful name of Jesus, we ask this request of You, Father.
So be it!

God is good all of the time! He is always working things out (small and large) in our best interest, all we have to do is trust in Him and let Him have His way in our lives.
He walks with us and talks to us; He created the earth for us to have a a compatible place to survive; He created the fruit trees and the grains for us to have food. Can you imagine how much He loves us?
He loves us so much that He gave up His only begotten Son so that we could have a right relationship with Him. His Son, Jesus, the Christ, loves us so much that He endured excruciating pain and suffering and the humiliation of being hung from a cross so that He could be the sacrificial lamb for our sins.
Do you understand the magnitude of that act? Do you realize that Jesus could have come down from the cross if He so chose or that He could have avoided even being arrested?
Jesus obeyed the wishes of the Father God, even unto death on the cross. He wanted to do God's will, He wanted to please the Father. Can you say the same? Can you do what the Father wills in your life? I pray that you will search your heart and soul, seek the Lord to reveal what He would have you do --- then obey Him.
To God be the glory.
In Jesus' name. So be it.

Praise the Lord! He is good and His mercy endures forever. Thank You, Lord, for the safety of loved ones. Thank You, Lord, for stretching out Your arms to us all. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for loving us in spite of ourselves. Thank You for making us so marvelously.
Do you know that there is no one exactly like you and no one exactly like me. God created us all with a uniqueness only He could do. We have different DNA, finger prints, heart beats, abilities, personalities, etc.
We all have a gift (or gifts) that God has given to us to bring glory to Him. Let us learn what our gift(s) is and how to use them effectively to His glory.
In Jesus' name. So be it.

I pray, Heavenly Father, that You will continue to guide me. Forgive me
of my sins of omission and commission and I forgive those who have
wronged me. Help me to totally forgive. Help me to redeem my time
wisely. Help me to not find fault. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
If you haven't read the "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren, you
should get a copy to start the new year right. Did you know that you
are not an accident? God created you because He wanted to have a
relationship with you. Yes, You!
God doesn't care what you have done in the past as long as you want to
give your heart to Him now. Satan, the accuser, reminds you of things
that you are ashamed of. God offers His love! I pray, in Jesus' name
that the 'you' out there who has not given your life over to Christ
will do so now. I pray that you will allow the Holy Spirit to touch
your inner most being, your heart, and transform your life. Give your
life to Christ. You have nothing to lose and eternal life to
gain.
Repent of your sins (ask the Lord to forgive you). He will forgive you
and accept you with open arms. Can you imagine Him hugging you right
now? Try it.
